Shodo-classic music performance with Jyväskylä sinfonia
1 November 2022: Jyväskylän city hall – Part of Finland and Japan Friendship week 2022
Collaboration with Nahoko Kinoshita and Inoko Isobe from Jyväkylä sinfonia
Shodo-classic music performance is based on collaboration between Japanese calligrapher Yukina Yamamoto, and two oboists Nahoko Kinoshita and Inoko Isobe from Jyväskylä sinfonia. This performance was part of the celebration for “Finland and Japan Friendship week 2022” organized by the city of Jyväskylä and Japan embassy in Finland. It consist to celebrate the 25 anniversary of friendship between the cities Jyväsylä and Niiza (新座) in Saitama Japan.
Yamamoto wrote “共存共栄” -to help one another without quarrel; it refers to the coexistence and co-prosperity between different nations and their values.
